It's not harassment, because you're not just risking your own health by refusing to follow the requirements. You're risking others' lives. Stop being so selfish.

Businesses have the LEGAL RIGHT to refuse to serve anyone who won't comply with their rules. Especially when the violation of their rules is reasonably deemed to be putting others at risk. The end.

Whole Foods Market - It great customer service!

Tried to place an outer for delivery online. I do this on a regular basis. Having technical difficulties on their end so I tried to let them know so they could address it. They are probably losing $$$ because of this issue. Called my local store and was told to call a different store which I did. That store told me I would need to call Amazon directly. Geeze, trying to do them a favor and got the total run-around. They lost my $200 order today!

I have been visiting this store at Fresh Pond in Cambridge for a while now and this is the second time I have been severely ill treated by an employee from the fish department. He was so rude that he shouted inside the store pointing his fingers towards me. He mocked at me by changing his tone to a mocking format when he was talking to me and embarrassed me in front of everyone in the store. This is the second time, this same staff ill treated me and there was no action taken by the store customer care to prevent this from happen. I have already requested the customer care department last time, but there wasnt any action to prevent this recurring. Please stay away from this particular location if you don't want to get embarrassed in public.

you should see the one in nyc. The manager pointed at her clothes and said do you know who I am.

I didn't even know what she was wearing. I told her I don't judge or look at what ppl wear. I judge based on the quality of a person. She was horrific.

Ridiculously rude and kept customers waiting to get in the store cause she was a horrific manager who couldn't finish her team meeting on time. Of course there was no apology and ppl were yelling at her.

She decided to have an attitude. She needs to go back for customer service training

Whole Foods Market - Unprofessionalism

3.9
Details
I come to Whole Foods everyday to eat and monthly to grocery shop. I will no longer be shopping here due to comments I overheard this morning while eating at the lobby table. The customer service representative came up to two women that worked for whole foods and said "do y'all work for Amazon prime" the women said no and explained that they worked at the store. The representative then said oh ok thank you. Then walked to another employee and said I'm going to complain on Amazon employees every chance I get. This was very unprofessional and I don't want to be apart of this type of environment.

Whole Foods Market - Poor customer service

I tried to buy a gift card displayed at the CS counter. Employee said I would have to buy one at the check out line. I had nothing else to buy and she was simply standing there. Saturday check-out lines were long and I had a friend waiting for me in her car. NOW is the time for AI. Place a self check station where that do nothing employee was standing.

When shopping at WF and found two prices. One for Amazon Prime and one for no Amazon Prime members. I guess than my 18 year daughter who cannot afford Prime membership is not allowed to shop there. These types of arrangements will always back fire. Walmart just has to offer the same food and Amazon is gone.

Why are you making your 18 year old child buy her own groceries anyway? Perhaps you, as the parent, should help ensure that your child's basic sustenance needs are met, and not blame your lack of parenting on Amazon Prime. {{Redacted}}

And clearly you don't what people disabilities are. Maybe this person is disabled and needs help with their groceries.

Clearly let's see this happen too you and see how people treat you. You're an arrogant and rude ***

June 10, Sunday about 1:45 pm. PGA, Palm Beach Gardens location. Had a quick question, chased down 3 different employees on the floor. All to be ignored, came to one to ask my question and to just be cut down quickly. Telling me how he was busy with another customer and just walked away. The attitude and stress on this person was out of control. Wholefoods, try working on your customer service.

Whole Foods Market - DON'T BUY CLOTHING OR ANYTHING IN THE BEAUTY DEPARTMENT!!

3.0
Details
First of all, I love Whole Foods. I shop at the one in El Segundo at least once a week. HOWEVER, the one in Redondo is completely the worst. I went in to exchange a 2 piece pajamas for a smaller size. I asked a short little guy with a red hat about the exchange and he told me that the Whole Foods policy was that no exchanges for anything in that department. I asked, even if I just want to exchange one CLOTHING item (which I showed him) for another size? He bluntly told me no. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I then walked around to shop. Then I saw the same clothing in different sizes. So when I went to check out with my food, I asked the clerk at the front and she wasn't really sure but that's what she thought. THEN THE CLERK WHO WAS STOCKING THE SHELVES, SPOKE UP AND SAID, MAYBE WE SHOULD GET THE MANAGER KAREN. WHAT? The little guy is not the manager? Then why was he so sure? Then Karen comes and says, no problem in exchanging the clothing. WTF? Does anyone at this store know what is going on? This store is clueless in so many ways. I will not shop here any more and in fact, I may not shop at any more Whole Foods.

Learn store policy. If you don't know, call a manager. Don't pretend to be the manager and tell me things that are NOT TRUE!
