Went to get ready made pizza to cook at home and bought one very large mushroom and spinach pizza which is larger than our oven can handle so it has to be cut up to cook, also got two flat bed pizza’s which my wife loves. At check out I was charged for two large pizza’s and two flat bread pizza’s and only realized the mistake when I got home.
I called the store to find out how to get my charge refund and was told when I next visit store to go to concierge desk and they will take care of the over charge. Great.
I then decided to tell Whole Foods my displeasure by using receipts info on my transaction, it would not take my receipt number and when I clicked on link to help resolve that issue it failed again. I am an unhappy customer.
