October 2018, this has happened more than once: employees behind the meat counter are extremely unpleasant. They were NOT verbally abusive, but their facial expression and body language and tone of voice clearly wants you to know they think you are a nuisance and they wished you would just go away.
It's not a case of someone simply having a bad day, I have received rude service from the same people several times. There are a couple of employees who are very helpful and very nice.
I would like to see WF put up a board that customers can clearly see, where they will display the photo of their staff (board placed in each produce section) so that customers know who to complain or complement. A very helpful tool would be a camera with audio placed such that it can record the mannerism and tone of voice of their staff
