I have been a customer in Dallad since the first store opened. Everything has cheapened in quality. The chicken which used to be the best is now tough and tasteless. The rotisserie chicken that used to taste and smell so good is awful now. There must have been a change...

the people that work there have been cheapened in quality too. I had a manager point at her clothes and ask "do you have any idea of who I am".

Then I was surrounded by 2 other people.

The manager opened the store late and never apologized to the 5 or more people that approached her directly. She had an attitude to boot!

Whole Foods Market review in Seattle, Washington: ...consider going elsewhere...

I was a loyal WFM customer before the Amazon buyout because it had humane policies, high social responsibility values, and respect for the environment - and respect for customers. 1. Now customers are extorted to get Prime Membership - Amazon supports ghastly values ($,$,and more $, at the expense of ethics; ruination of small businesses), and some of us just don't want PM. Not having it excluded loyal customer w/o PM from enjoying sales prices. WHAT??!! 2. An animal rights group made public a report of animal cruelty by a WFM supplier. Amazon's response: To sue the pants off the whistleblowers. This is a typical Big Money strategy. Who can afford to fight? So - the lie and cruelty get perpetuated. HEINOUS! Just BAD BAD BAD BAD to the BONE.

company upholding of stated mission and values
Preferred solution
1. Free customer loyalty card independent of Prime membership. 2. Instead of suing groups that complain of violations to WFM policies, talk with them more at length instead of threatening them, corporate good style. Yuck.

the workers at whole foods are the worst. Also you never hear back from corporate unless you call them 100 times.

Even then, you can never receive a call after 5pm cause they all don't answer their phone.

They are the worst staff ever. If they aren't happy that amazon took over, don't take it out on the customers.

Reason of review
overall catastrophic drop in ethics.
Preferred solution
1. WFM will offer a customer loyalty card to customers w/o Prime Membership so they can enjoy the stare sales. They do not need to offer any Amazon amenities.

Whole Foods Market review in Saint Louis, Missouri: Healthful bread with no sugar

I live in St. Louis, Missouri. I used to walk to the store to get the wheat baguette. Recently, my daily bread started to have Carmel and sugar cane. I am wondering if this the effect of Amazon! Can someone please explain why adding sugar and flavors is commensurate with good health ??? Thank you!

Went to the store on the Alameda San Jose today. Wanted to buy King Salmon. Price per pound is $26.99. I can see the King Salmon on top of the pile, however, when the person pulled my piece he pulled it from underneath the pile. I asked, why this one seemed too fatty....

Whole Foods Market review in Swampscott, Massachusetts: It great customer service!

Tried to place an outer for delivery online. I do this on a regular basis. Having technical difficulties on their end so I tried to let them know so they could address it. They are probably losing $$$ because of this issue. Called my local store and was told to call a different store which I did. That store told me I would need to call Amazon directly. Geeze, trying to do them a favor and got the total run-around. They lost my $200 order today!
