I bought a rotisserie chicken earlier today for a special evening dinner. When I opened the box at home, I noticed that an entire drumstick had been eaten!!

And it wasn't noticeable when the box was closed because it was under the label! When I called about a refund, they told me I had to bring the chicken back to the store with the receipt to receive a refund- but I live far away and was only passing through. They should have refunded the chicken AND given me a credit for the distress and trouble this caused me and my family.

They were rude and unapologetic. I have been encountering increasing poor service at Whole Foods.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $9.

Preferred solution: full refund plus future credit!.

I didn't like: Ignored me when i had a complaint, Poor quality of food.
