We've been loyal shoppers at Whole Foods for years. We are frankly tired of your unwavering mask policy. If a mask isn't worn we are harassed and made to leave the store. What ever happened to our rights as Americans. It's time we stand up to the powers that be that...

So go ahead and call whoever it is that will stand up for you. The rest of us will wear a mask for thirty minutes while you sit in the parking lot.

Whole Foods Market - Inability to wear masks

Whole Foods, your store stands and appeals to the mass of people who care about their health....for us who cannot wear a mask for health reasons or who CHOOSE how to govern our health, you show bias by not letting patrons shop without a mask. For me, i have a medical exemption and the fact that you don't accommodate a medical exemption is disturbing and against the law.. Please show you respect rights we have to choose our health choices.

Whole Foods Market - Disappointed & Dissatisfied

This was our third attempt ordering take out Pizza and sadly going to be awhile before we come back. For $1.00 per topping you should get a bit more, we ordered buffalo chicken, onions &;;;;;mushrooms, you could count the 8 mushrooms, onions and chicken pieces...very little cheese- which makes a Pizza, also dry- The woman behind the counter was great- accommodating when I asked her to cook it for another minute as we like it crispy.

Whole Foods Market - Criminal return policy

1.0
Details
Return Policy is not displayed on the website or hardly visible in the market with that said I mistakenly purchased the wrong vitamin with in minutes I wanted to exchange it. I was told all sales are final, Why ? Contamination can be from the factory, shipping, food handler or other consumers we are all aware of this when we shop. The product is untampered box sealed and bottle sealed. All sales are final I was told again, really I can understand with some products but not a completely sealed item why can I not exchange or given store credit? This is criminal we can all make honest mistakes especially some one with some disabilities or simply distracted. Wholefood Market is taking advantage of the consumer using a pandemic in order to rob consumers. This is not expectable and should not be tolerated and honestly they are overpriced on many products. Consumers should be given a option of exchange or store credit not loose what little money we may have during this tuff economic times. Wholefood markets should be ashamed of their criminal policy of all sales final. I myself will never walk into their store ever and I suggest other do the same. We have many other markets where you can shop and feel assure your product is of the highest quality yet if you accidently purchase the wrong item you can exchange it. I was also hacked in the past through wholefood market amazon prime account so be aware of that also. strike 2 wholefood market I will never return

User's recommendation: shop elsewhere.

They took my money and not given a option to me robbery is robbery that is criminal, now imagine my 24.00 time 1,000 times that's 24,000 gross for wholesale with all sales final policy that is not upfront to the consumer. that is unethical and robbery.

Where I really have issue is walking along P Street NW to WholeFoods near 14th & P NW from Dupont. The WHs are not the problem.

PreCovid I like WH because of the organic options and bins. The prices are reasonable if you are a poor vegetarian. The issue are the very strange snobs here (as in Chevy Chase). You walk along and this gal will RUN around you in a big wide circle because she thinks you got the Covid cooties.

I am dressed normal well groomed this doesnt happen anywhere else but in these "hoods." Maybe she has xray eyes and can see I am Asian. Yes please, RUN RABBIT RUN! I want to scream after her. And the neighborhoods also have their own private vigilante like Mossa sitting in a SUV watching people come and go.

When you scream RUN RUN RUN another gal will make a call and report that to Covid Patrol. Talk about stazzi police state with their very own dutiful swiss citizens.

Whole Foods Market - ...consider going elsewhere...

I was a loyal WFM customer before the Amazon buyout because it had humane policies, high social responsibility values, and respect for the environment - and respect for customers. 1. Now customers are extorted to get Prime Membership - Amazon supports ghastly values ($,$,and more $, at the expense of ethics; ruination of small businesses), and some of us just don't want PM. Not having it excluded loyal customer w/o PM from enjoying sales prices. WHAT??!! 2. An animal rights group made public a report of animal cruelty by a WFM supplier. Amazon's response: To sue the pants off the whistleblowers. This is a typical Big Money strategy. Who can afford to fight? So - the lie and cruelty get perpetuated. HEINOUS! Just BAD BAD BAD BAD to the BONE.

the workers at whole foods are the worst. Also you never hear back from corporate unless you call them 100 times.

Even then, you can never receive a call after 5pm cause they all don't answer their phone.

They are the worst staff ever. If they aren't happy that amazon took over, don't take it out on the customers.

Whole Foods Market - Healthful bread with no sugar

I live in St. Louis, Missouri. I used to walk to the store to get the wheat baguette. Recently, my daily bread started to have Carmel and sugar cane. I am wondering if this the effect of Amazon! Can someone please explain why adding sugar and flavors is commensurate with good health ??? Thank you!

the people that work there have been cheapened in quality too. I had a manager point at her clothes and ask "do you have any idea of who I am".

Then I was surrounded by 2 other people.

The manager opened the store late and never apologized to the 5 or more people that approached her directly. She had an attitude to boot!
