I went to Whole Foods on Post Oak in Houston The produce looked horrible Packaged broccoli was expired, nothing available but organic and it looked bad. Brought home some red potatoes, had to cut off most of it. Houston grocery market very competitive, Whole Foods is not competing.

Fishy Business

Went to the store on the Alameda San Jose today. Wanted to buy King Salmon. Price per pound is $26.99. I can see the King Salmon on top of the pile, however, when the person pulled my piece he pulled it from underneath the pile. I asked, why this one seemed too fatty. He said, it just happened to be that way. I paid $29.99 (more than one pound piece) and went home. When I popped the package at home and held felt the fish. I said there is no way in heaven this is the King Salmon. My diet includes Salmon at least twice a week. I took the Salmon back and went to customer service to return it. Michael, introduced himself to me as the supervisor. I told him I want to return the product. Without a word, he started to make the return. I asked him, if was going to ask me why I'm returning it, he didn't answer. So I waited and asked again, he said why am not returning it for you. I said you are missing the point. I took my credit back to the seafood dept to get the $9.99 salmon and told the person again that this is not king salmon and he should remove the rest from that pile. He looked at me at simply ignored what I said. I went back to Michael and asked if he can right his name and the other persons name on a paper for me. He simply said:"if you are writing a complaint I'm not going to write the names for you." I left with a big disappointment that this type of deceiving behavior would happen in a place like Whole Foods. Trust is lost.

Dont go to this store

I have been visiting this store at Fresh Pond in Cambridge for a while now and this is the second time I have been severely ill treated by an employee from the fish department. Today he was so rude that he shouted inside the store pointing his fingers towards me. He mocked at me by changing his tone to a mocking format when he was talking to me and embarrassed me in front of everyone in the store. I believe you can take look at the video footage if you have any in the store. This is the second time, this same staff ill treated me and there was no action taken by the store customer care to prevent this from happen. I have already requested the customer care department last time, but there wasnt any action to prevent this recurring. Customer care is really terrible in this store. DONT visit this store if you don’t want to be embarrassed. They even told me in Twitter that someone would address my issue but no one did. STAY away from WHOLE FOODS FRESH POND.

Consumers must know and Ban the Seafood section at Wholefoods Market

Whole Foods in Florida hire the most corrupt Seafood coordinator. ever known. besides treating people and workers very bad at times making people cry over the phone or calling people stupid this man go to order large amounts of fish and when he couldn't sell them he would ask the distributor. to refreeze it and a few weeks later he would take out the same fish and sell it as fresh. This happened many times but no one ever looked into anything he did . He would throw most of the work on his assistant and other members and this allowed him to do his side real estate business buy and sell . Wholefoods Market Market caring about members is just for publicity .Trust me members get abused in that store . David Ventura got away with so much over the years ,taking kickbacks ,going on fishing trips which was against company policy but when you have no boss overlooking and letting you do as you like . His file had complaints but nothing was done . Members were afraid to say anything because there was retaliation . All i can say is these days i will never shop for Seafood at Wholefoods .! better safe than sorry plus that they don't deserve my business .

It great customer service!

Tried to place an outer for delivery online. I do this on a regular basis. Having technical difficulties on their end so I tried to let them know so they could address it. They are probably losing $$$ because of this issue. Called my local store and was told to call a different store which I did. That store told me I would need to call Amazon directly. Geeze, trying to do them a favor and got the total run-around. They lost my $200 order today!

trust me when i tell you that i gave inside info , pictures and proof to assure the public that what in saying is true and to not take a chance or shop for sea food in florida .

manipulates the public and wholefoods by selling refrozen sea food as fresh .

it doesn't sell he will float it around

in tye distributors he collects free trips and other gifts from .

he lives on getting kickbacks .

Ask the sea food workers how they are being treated ? screamed next to other members ..

calling them stupid .

makes me sick when i read about how they care for their workers .

and if u write a review on your boss and it isn't good

he will make sure to retaliate .

When you see your boss tell the distributor whatever doesn't sell freeze it and we will sell it next month. That is somerhing hes done many times .. if the company looked at purchases of the cod coming in and what was sold they would find out the truth if they call halperns im sure they will cover for David Ventura . account manager for halperns Darryl Reed would know as hes been instructed to do this many times .. when they were long on product after an ad the public are refrozen fish !!!! this isn't a story its a fact !!!

On 7/7 I shopped at Whole Foods. In addition to groceries bought a turkey sandwich for lunch. I asked for less meat - 4 oz is the prepackaged portion - an obscene amount for a single sandwich in my opinion. The server unceremoniously trashed the extra meat. Really WF??? Thought you were aware of the food waste issue. I could have taken the extra home. And the bread was stale, badly sliced, with hunks of tomato that made the entire sandwich fall apart when trying to eat it. Totally careless and totally disappointing $11 sandwich. The next day I discover the Cranberry Walnut bread I bought is actually an olive loaf. WTF WF, you are fast losing me as a customer.

Unfair Business practices Neglect & insult to customer for attempting to receive funds Ebt Funds were charged however approved it was from a faulty charge of EBT system Whole Foods management did not check into this glitch they were repeatedly asked about before customer called the police on alleged larceny charge to home shopper, once "glitch confirmed Manager does not inform customer customer chasing down manager again No money returned customer denied further contact with store "Nothing more they could do" "Did not want to be involved" claimed money had been returned but it was NOT customer received further insult when attempting to receive receipt proof of return accused customer of nuisance & disturbing staff one conversation phone was slammed down on customer customer calls other store to receive info how to reach central processing for receipt accused by manager of continued nuisaince the time spent stonewalling & insult to customer could have been used to assist to lacate funds WHOLE FOODS is NO MORE HOLLOW FOODS What entitles these inexperienced , poorly trained managers the right to abuse a 23 year customer who worked with management freelance re: whole health Criticized for attempting to receive welfare funds of $130.71 from the faulty charge system no one would admit or inform of . I was insulted there too. The manager had an attitude and she was wrong.

Whatever happened to good customer service. I can't wait for a robot to replace her.

If you look at all the workers, most are on the phones at the registers. They all need to be retrained.

I love shopping at Whole Foods but your recent TV commercial leaves much to b desired....first of all....she is getting pastry with her BARE hands...SINGING into the cabinet of food (most ppl spit when they talk let alone sing) and her hair is hanging within food reach...not the standard in which whole foods conveys...the commercial is TOTALT unsanitary and not apealing..i havw never seen anyone in my whole foods store touch...talk or sling hair in or near OPEN food...i get the concept but the message is NASTY!!

I wish WF in Trolly Square would check their expiration dates on their frozen foods ..Perhaps all other items as well. I found frozen stuff that had expired 5 months ago and they are still try to sell it. DISGUSTING!

1- Prepared Foods ingredients are shameful. Almost Everything made with Canola Oil which is unhealthy cheap. No Organic choices either. 2- Got Greedy, now have their own label and have discontinued or greatly limited items from smaller organic companies. Very limited selections. I used to shop at WF specifically because they carried brands not found often or ever in other stores. Now they’ve just taken over with their own label and do not support any other really good brands. ITS CALLED GREED 3- Store itself is a mess and looks like regular supermarket. 4- Basically Amazon needs to get their *** together (no pun intended. And redo their plan cuz it ain’t working.

Yes I kind of agree. After the scoop up first big change to WF in this area was installation of "watering holes" and big screen tv catering to the jons.

At one they even put in a sushi bar run by swishy dude. The prices have dipped to compete with nearby stores. Like veggies are reasonably priced. But the clientele all tend to have this snob attitude.

Its just a food store! Groupies love WF and the tourists rush to WF as a "familiar landmark." So much for originality. Oh I almost forgot their 365 bread tastes awful. At Foggy Bottom their bread is stacked from frozen onto the rack and the bread bags are WET.

I had noticed moldy bread several times at this store too. And although the produce mgr did agree the 365 bread bags were all stacked up and WET they probably didnt do anything about it since it would require "extra time." Their 365 hamburger buns too salty.

What happened to WF. Less and less organic foods.

Pre made foods look like plastic. What happed to only organic cooked chickens, cutting costs in the wrong places!!!Fruits and veggies, what happened to variety and organic. So much packaged food! Looks like a low end market in their quality and variety!

WF STOPPED carrying so many organic fabulous items that set them apart, I Do Not want 365 brand. WF was built by supporting wonderful small quality companies and farmers. Ralphs Albertsons and WF look the same!!

Too bad!! The people making decisions at the top have no clue about their customers or their loyalty.
