June 10, Sunday about 1:45 pm. PGA, Palm Beach Gardens location. Had a quick question, chased down 3 different employees on the floor. All to be ignored, came to one to ask my question and to just be cut down quickly. Telling me how he was busy with another customer and just walked away. The attitude and stress on this person was out of control. Wholefoods, try working on your customer service.

This is about the Whole Foods Market in Altamonte for some reason there seems to be an issue with some of the black people that work at this place. Many are very rude. I’ve had bad experiences with employees rude nasty cashiers. Recently I went there and there was a black female cashier she had glasses on she began to spray a chemical and I asked her nicely not to spray because I’m allergic to chemicals. This idiot female continued trying to spray the chemical. She was just trying to mess with me I mean I asked her nicely not to spray and she couldn’t wait like 30 seconds for me to leave she kept attempting to spray the chemical she couldn’t keep her hands off it it’s like she was out of control or something. I mean a customer request you not to spray chemical and you continue to grab at and try to spray it that is totally crazy what kind of people work at this place. I wish I would’ve got her name but there is absolutely no reason to keep trying to spray a chemical one in a customer Kylie asked you not to spray it over and over again it’s ridiculous to me. Just be aware of some of the employees at this place they are like they have no decency and they are just pathetic weird people

Waited 10 minutes at the deli counter in evergreen park Whole Foods. Not busy at all.

One person serving and so slow. Three people hanging out not doing anything.

Walked away without my deli meats. Really bad customer service.

i ordered a online dinner for easter totaling more than $200 They gave me the wrong brisket and when i heated the macaroni snd cheese in the oven (according to their directions) it melted and started an oven fire and ruined my dinner Needless to ssy i only got a refund for those 2 things not my entire dinner which should have happened Never shopping there again!

Okay, I thought I had typed out my complaint and then it disappeared. To recap.

1. Placed an order for a number of party platters by phone at the number specified on your website. First big mistake. She had no idea where the Tenleytown store was.

No idea if delivery was possible. She said to call the store to find out. 2. I went to the store and inquired about possible delivery.

The manager was in a meeting. I was told she would call me. She did but did not leave a message. I called her back an hour later.

We confirmed a delivery time and charge. Then I asked for a contact person should a problem arise on the delivery day. After some checking she was able to provide that information. I found the whole process to be far more complicated than it should have been.

Whether or not I will use Whole Foods again remains to be seen. Communication is fragmented at best.

Whole Foods Market - Amazon has ruined good thing. empty shelves of olive oil for days, less choices of meats and other products.

March 21,2018. Two empty shelves where WF Olive oil from various countries were totally empty. Employees said 3-4 days before they would get any more. Much less choices at the meat counter and personnel behind the counter do not know what they are selling. Less choice in produce, just downgrading. Leaving complaints w/store means zip. They just shrug and apologize which is no answer. Been shopping same store since it opened, not for organic, the conventional was just great. Amazon has really ruined a great place. Amazon doesn't even want to listen to complaints, I do not want to keep writing for 100 word minimum!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since Amazon has taken over Whole Foods standards have dropped tremendously, you go you have to be careful of the dried fruits. Sometimes they are missed labeled, cranberries doesn’t look like cranberries. The organic Valley milk; we were forced to stop by after 13 years, due to the fact that it’s always spoil before the due date. We took it back, but then we got to realize that it even smells bad in the store before the expiration date. The carrots are old carrots pushed into a pack. They said that they would reduce the price, that did not happen the only thing that they reduce was the bananas and avocados. What a let down!

Whole Foods has really gone downhill thanks to amazon and they have zero customer service. They do not respond to complaints and do not care at all about anything except their bottom line shareholders.They have oriv d to be bottom feeders.
