Whole Foods Market - Very disapointed.

Houston TX - Very disappointed with their racial profiling, they had a security guard following me and when I went to the customer service desk to ask for the manager and complain, the manager was just as bad. He didn't care and was very insensitive and didn't give a damn. He said that they will "investigate" and see what happened? He asked for my phone number and name. I asked him to send me email in writing. He said no I don't trust you, I don't know what you going to do with the email? When I insisted to have an email in writing, he took the information and I never received anything from him, no investigation, not even an apology. Bad stuff. I reported them to the coperate office in Austin, it took long time to reply back and of course they said there was no racial profiling this is normal and they never talk about the manager's behavior. To top it all off, very expensive, we had a few items in the cart and $300.00 at the register..we bought Wild Salmon Fish it was smelly and tasted very bad and was like small piece less than a pound for $15.00 - Gross. We will never ever shop again in that place.

Whole Foods Market - I might as well shop at SAFEWAY

After a shelf reset earlier in 2018, A2 milk went from being offered in 4%, 2% and 1% to now only in 4%. Was the shelf space given to other products - NO. The three columns are still A2 milk, but ALL are filled with 4%. And they never ever run out. In other words, they are NOT selling all of it, so why can't they offer the 2% and 1%? I have already talked to the store manager at Blossom Hill in San Jose, and I've called the customer service phone number. I've given WF ample opportunity to fix - and the continuing reply I'm given is: THIS IS WHAT THE PLAN-O-GRAM SAYS. Stupid explanation. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. I guess that a computer now gets to now make decisions for what will be offered at WF. Since I now have to go to SAFEWAY to get the A2 milk I want, I'm finding more and more of the same products are on their shelves. Which is why I say, I MIGHT AS WELL SHOP AT SAFEWAY. FIX IT!!! OFFER IT IN 2% AND 1%

Most stores nowadays are closely controlled by corporate, who make most of the decisions. The local manager has little control over the store and is now a figurehead, not a real manager.

If a store doesn't carry what you want, then shop elsewhere. Corporate knows best.

@Machele

Thank you. That's what I'm finding with Whole Foods.

Some person at a regional level made the decisions about shelf reset.

And I've tried every avenue to reach someone that has the tiniest bit of authority to change it and they can't, and they can't tell me who email, call, etc. All hail corporate.

Whole Foods Market - Sad is the word

Since Amazon bought Whole Foods, it's gradually being turned into just another typical grocer who could care less about what made the store popular years ago. Amazon is greedy, i. e., Jeff Bezos, so he's cutting corners wherever he can to make a buck. The coffee section is now no selection other than the usual fare at any market (smaller coffee companies can't afford to sell their coffee cheap enough for Mr. Bezos) . The variety of breads, once plentiful, are now whatever Mr. Bezos can get for cheap to sell (which obviously leaves out the smaller specialty bakeries), The produce has been cut back. Example, the bulk greens that used to be available are no longer (don't we want to provide ways to cut back on all the big plastic containers? Isn't that what Whole Foods was about? But, of course, it's too expensive for this billionaire to give a crap). The list goes on and on. I will no longer shop there. I may as well go to any market.

Food is being literally contaminated by some homeless people there. I have gotten sick eating some of their bad food.

The store is not what it was. It has gone downhill in EVERY REGARD since Jeff Bezos took it over
I’m very disappointed in many of the changes since Amazon bought WF. Just a few examples.. *Lowering the price of avocados but switching the size to a plum. *lower the quality of most of your breads *the fish is not always fresh *having extremely limited quantities of...

Whole Foods Market - Return an item

I have worked for Whole foods now for 15 years in Kansas. It doesnt matter if you have taken all of the supplements in the bottle or the bottle is unopened. if you have the receipt we will take it back and give you a full refund on how you paid. If you do not have a receipt and it is a whole body item then we will not be able to help. but there should of been no reason to be treated like that. This gives customers the opportunity to try new items that you wouldn't normally try. Come out to Kansas City and see us we would would to help you out and give you a great shopping experience.

Whole Foods Market - Unprofessionalism

3.9

I come to Whole Foods everyday to eat and monthly to grocery shop. I will no longer be shopping here due to comments I overheard this morning while eating at the lobby table. The customer service representative came up to two women that worked for whole foods and said "do y'all work for Amazon prime" the women said no and explained that they worked at the store. The representative then said oh ok thank you. Then walked to another employee and said I'm going to complain on Amazon employees every chance I get. This was very unprofessional and I don't want to be apart of this type of environment.

Whole Foods Market - Shocking

I thought amazon was going to get Pricing down. The reason they needed to sell to amazon is because pricing is ridiculous. $2 for the same avocado Walmart has for .88. Commercial (not even freshly ground)!almond butter $20 jar are you kidding. Same organic jar of almknd butter $6 from Walmart or Trader Joe’s. You’ve lost a ton of middle to upper middle income customers. I’m upper middle and my neighborhood as well and no one I know will shop there. Will drag amazon revenues down ultimately.

Whole Foods Market - Poor customer service

I tried to buy a gift card displayed at the CS counter. Employee said I would have to buy one at the check out line. I had nothing else to buy and she was simply standing there. Saturday check-out lines were long and I had a friend waiting for me in her car. NOW is the time for AI. Place a self check station where that do nothing employee was standing.

When shopping at WF and found two prices. One for Amazon Prime and one for no Amazon Prime members. I guess than my 18 year daughter who cannot afford Prime membership is not allowed to shop there. These types of arrangements will always back fire. Walmart just has to offer the same food and Amazon is gone.

Why are you making your 18 year old child buy her own groceries anyway? Perhaps you, as the parent, should help ensure that your child's basic sustenance needs are met, and not blame your lack of parenting on Amazon Prime. {{Redacted}}

Whole Foods Market - What happened to my old Whole Foods?

Last week I went in to buy a pork roast only to be told they were short handed and didn't have a meat cutter there. No pork roast. Today I went in to buy baking chocolate for a pie. No baking chocolate, only chips. I was told they no longer carried it. That is absurd. I am now forced to go to Safeway to get the chocolate. I am a handicapped senior-I don't need this! Amazon, pay attention, you are ruining a good thing. And now I am told my review was too short and can't be posted so I have to add this last paragraph on. And it is still too short. Okay so the pork roast incident, I was told they were doing an inventory which I might have explained the empty shelves. And also the produce has gone downhill. Need more local products.
