Whole foods market in MILFORD is the worst *** store to shop in. The front end has the rudest employees and the supervisors don't make it any better. They rip you off and change their policies way too often without any notice. Also some employees are very nice but yet...

This page seems to have a political agenda, Although, I thing Whole Foods is a bunch of hog wash, there is a bent right spewing of emotions here. Whole Foods is overpriced, and probiotics which are refrigerated are the biggest scam as the bacteria have been pasteurized. The only way to repopulate a messed up system is making your own yogurt.

I sat in the dining area and to my surprise there was a man at a close by table drinking wine and no food. He had just begun the bottle. I came back later to finish my snack and the man was still there and at that point he had consumed most of the bottle of wine. His...

I never thought about that. You cant drink on 7 11 premises or liquor store premises but you sure can at whole foods.

Im in texas . Happens all of the time. In 20 years i never noticed that until i read your post.

Im going to find out why thats allowed. I agree with you:)

Whole Foods Market - Rude Cashier on E57th St, NY Lynette
On August 7th, 2015 at 8 p.m. in the Whole Foods Market of Midtown East, New York City, the rude cashier lady Lynette throw the shopping basket from the counter to the floor because she was having a bad day. It happened when I placed my shopping basket on the counter,...

Whole Foods Market - Loyal Whole Foods Customer Ignored

I don't know about working there but I do know about being on the receiving end of bad customer service. I am a loyal WF customer and I got food poisoning in June after eating a hot sausage dish from the hot bar at the store at the corner of Lavista and Briarcliff Roads in Atlanta. I was extremely ill for days, sick for a couple of weeks, and had to go to the GI doc who told me he felt it was so severe that I had ingested a toxin. I called the store and got a cool response. I then sent my receipt to the store manager and asked only that I be refunded for what I had spent on the food. I GOT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I am very disappointed that this has happened. I had eaten very little before this happened and the way it happened quickly and the length of time it lasted convinced the doctor that the sausage dish was, indeed, the culprit.Aren't i even worth a note of response? Apparently not, even after the thousands of dollars I have spent at Whole Foods and the many positive reviews I have given word of mouth to others.

I know what you mean. Customer service from these guys is very bad.

I have been a loyal customer of Wholefoods in Camden, London for a couple of years, and like you have spent thousands there. Recently they employed a security guy, who has the charm of Hitler and absolutely no idea when it comes to dealing with customers. He is on soem CIA fantasy trip! Anyhow, he started to stalk me, and made me feel like a shop lifter.

Basically an unpleasant piece of work. I complained to the management by email, about 10 days ago and still haven't received a reply. So, they have lost a customer here - shall be going to Planet Organic from now on.

It's actually much better and cheaper btw ! So screw them, they are only concerned about making money.

Why on earth would you use their microwave to heat up food you have brought from home? A grocery store is not your own backyard kitchen or galley and you're not supposed to waltz in and use their microwave as you please.

Ever heard of the signs that say, "restrooms for customer use only"? This is the same concept.

Whole Foods Market - Very rude cashier

On 6/16/15 shopping at whole food TriBeCa in the evening around 9 pm, I had a very rude wholefood cashier employee , her budge name lanise . It's started with no greeting .... I said good evening, she didn't respond .... She was so engaged with her coworker chatting and laughing without makeup mg attention how organize my grocery items in bag: she didn't wrap eggs, neither berries and the list goes on .... It was late evening.... Otherwise I will bring the lack of customer service trading of the employee to the person in charge . Ps : I'm a loyal customer otherwise if I had this employee as a first time, I would NEVER shop in the market:-(

Whole Foods Market - Cookies Review from Dallas, Texas

Lake Union, Seattle, WA, Whole Foods Store, insulted me with their weird grunge correctness... Cafe employee refused to sell and package a cookie for me to purchase at the check out counter a few feet in front of her, she said, "I'm afraid you'll run outside of the store and not pay for the cookie!!!" I just wanted to pay for all of my other items, to include the cookie, at the check out stand and not at the cafe, what an insult to be accused of trying to steal a cookie, when in fact I was trying to buy... To add to my injury, I complained to the Whole Foods Regional Office about the incident, and now the Lake Union Whole Foods Store is hounding the *** out of me by telephone... I will never shop at Whole Foods again, please thknk twice before you make a legitimate complaint my fellow consumers!
