Whole foods market in MILFORD is the worst *** store to shop in. The front end has the rudest employees and the supervisors don't make it any better. They rip you off and change their policies way too often without any notice. Also some employees are very nice but yet they get treated like *** from leadership because of the rude *** customers that shop in that store.

This page seems to have a political agenda, Although, I thing Whole Foods is a bunch of hog wash, there is a bent right spewing of emotions here. Whole Foods is overpriced, and probiotics which are refrigerated are the biggest scam as the bacteria have been pasteurized. The only way to repopulate a messed up system is making your own yogurt.

Bad Security

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Customer service from these guys is very bad. I have been a loyal customer of Wholefoods in Camden, London for a couple of years, and like you have spent thousands there. Recently they employed a security guy, who has the charm of Hitler and absolutely no idea when it comes to dealing with customers. He is on soem CIA fantasy trip! Anyhow, he started to stalk me, and made me feel like a shop lifter. Basically an unpleasant piece of work. I complained to the management by email, about 10 days ago and still haven't received a reply. So, they have lost a customer here - shall be going to Planet Organic from now on. It's actually much better and cheaper btw ! So screw them, they are only concerned about making money.

Loyal Whole Foods Customer Ignored

I don't know about working there but I do know about being on the receiving end of bad customer service. I am a loyal WF customer and I got food poisoning in June after eating a hot sausage dish from the hot bar at the store at the corner of Lavista and Briarcliff Roads in Atlanta. I was extremely ill for days, sick for a couple of weeks, and had to go to the GI doc who told me he felt it was so severe that I had ingested a toxin. I called the store and got a cool response. I then sent my receipt to the store manager and asked only that I be refunded for what I had spent on the food. I GOT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I am very disappointed that this has happened. I had eaten very little before this happened and the way it happened quickly and the length of time it lasted convinced the doctor that the sausage dish was, indeed, the culprit.Aren't i even worth a note of response? Apparently not, even after the thousands of dollars I have spent at Whole Foods and the many positive reviews I have given word of mouth to others.

The whole foods is in cambridge, ma is also racist against asians!! Also white trash racist customers will argue with you to stick up for other racist white trash who will have no regard for you in the parking lot!

The manager could care less!

UGLY NASTY employees too not worth it for their overrated prices on everything! They think they can keep attracting customers like that if you are a decent person don't bother shopping there they don't deserve your hard earned money!

Watch those prices!

WFM employees are taught to 'engage the customer with light banter." You'll notice the cashiers usually say inane things like.. so, got big plans for the day...? There is a hidden agenda behind the "friendly" behavior, and it is the oldest *** in the book. It's distraction. If you care about money you spend, the friendly cashiering is really distracting you from the prices that ring up. I have caught WFM SEVERAL times, ringing up the wrong price - NEVER in my favor. Let me tell you, there is no apology from them. They hate being exposed for it.

Want to know the reason for this? Secret shops.

It's required that they do that if they want to get 100% on a secret shop.

If they they 100% on a secret shop, they get a free gift card.

Most people don't do this, because all it does is delay lines and *** off the people waiting.

I have only shopped WF over the last year in St. Louis, MO.

Same thing, distracting banter. Can't prove it but think checkout scale over weighs.

I stopped shopping there and now get bulk items from Dierbergs. Same brand, much lower price.

Very rude cashier

On 6/16/15 shopping at whole food TriBeCa in the evening around 9 pm, I had a very rude wholefood cashier employee , her budge name lanise . It's started with no greeting .... I said good evening, she didn't respond .... She was so engaged with her coworker chatting and laughing without makeup mg attention how organize my grocery items in bag: she didn't wrap eggs, neither berries and the list goes on .... It was late evening.... Otherwise I will bring the lack of customer service trading of the employee to the person in charge . Ps : I'm a loyal customer otherwise if I had this employee as a first time, I would NEVER shop in the market:-(

Whole Foods Market - Cookies Review from Dallas, Texas

Lake Union, Seattle, WA, Whole Foods Store, insulted me with their weird grunge correctness... Cafe employee refused to sell and package a cookie for me to purchase at the check out counter a few feet in front of her, she said, "I'm afraid you'll run outside of the store and not pay for the cookie!!!" I just wanted to pay for all of my other items, to include the cookie, at the check out stand and not at the cafe, what an insult to be accused of trying to steal a cookie, when in fact I was trying to buy... To add to my injury, I complained to the Whole Foods Regional Office about the incident, and now the Lake Union Whole Foods Store is hounding the *** out of me by telephone... I will never shop at Whole Foods again, please thknk twice before you make a legitimate complaint my fellow consumers!

Whole foods *** workers and customers

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I went to whole foods to get some stuff because I'm really sick with the flu. I got bombarded and almost mobbed there close to cuz of all the trashy idiotic intrusive people there along with employees. I was there a day before that and two employees yelled in my face. And one juice girl was rude. I went to the soup bar and was trying to get soup. Prior to my arrival no one was at the soup bar. However the minute I got there random *** idiots began hovering there walking near me to a point where I had to just walk away. Also a *** black male worker came and decided to stalk me and not let me shop in peace. He too just wanted to irritate me and come around me. Gee I must be amazingly magnetic that all these pitiful losers and low life's just have to come around my space. *** It shows how awful the crazy human race is. No joke the whole time I was there everyone began hovering around me. The black deli worker *** wudnt leave me alone. Aw obsessed with me? That's nice u *** nlgger dream abt it but u have no right to bother customers this way. I finally tried to take soup in a hurry before another *** person came to bother me. Then two stuoid black females came and got really close to me too on purpose and one stuck her ugly hand out at me and as a result I spilled soup all over my hand and burned it. It's literally red and in pain. What kind of sick humans are out there that they harass and terrorize innocent people this way? I'm furious. These *** black people cudnt contain themselves towards another person? The crazy black male employee *** retard wud not leave my area alone then. He did not let me shop in peace. He has no right to do this. No he was not doing his job he was semi stalking irritating me. He had a beard I think. Someone needs to tell these idiotic monkeys to leave customers alone and let them shop. Oh yeah once I was done getting soup everyone left the area. What a terrible experience. A retarded white lady kept walking by me too over and over and staring at me. Can the idiots at whole foods just not contain themselves or something. This was a horrific experience and can't control the *** random ugly piece of shlt customers but the employees do not need to be annoying harassing and irritating customers this way. Take note u *** black male *** monkey there.

Being you aren't intelligent enough to stay home when you are REALLY SICK with the flu, you deserved the treatment you allegedly got. What makes you think you had the right to expose other people to the flu.

When a person is really sick and doesn't stay home is how other people become ill.

Use your head and stay home. Keep some canned soup on hand and then when you are sick you won't have to go shopping.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The employees are very rude, especially if your a women, they can harass you ! beware. the water machine is always out of service, do not waste your money. This company does not care about anything, especially not there customer. I had a horrible store experience. It was a nightmare, and there is no such thing as customer service, beware if you complain or are unhappy with something , you might get harassed by an employee. It is unbelievable, how do they get away with treated people so badly and being so rude. the food on the counter is sometimes expired and they give you a difficult time if you try to return something.

Whole food manager bullying a customer

Dear Supervisor Jeff, 8/5/2014

I am a regular shopper at Whole food market. For nearly all of that time, Whole food has been my favorite place to shop and eat. I have been quite satisfied with the quality and service.

Regretfully, I find it necessary to bring to your attention the deterioration of your customer service. Yesterday my mother and I were at the store to get some lunch. I paid in the cashier for salad with dressing on it and other items that we purchased for lunch. My mother has already set our table in the friendly and inviting environment of whole food. My mom got a table spoon sample of one of the salad dressing in a small container. I realized one of the baggers in the store that later I learned her name is Teresa staring at our table. While I had gone to pick up my coffee another lady by the name of Tonya aggressively came to my mother and asked if she paid for the dressing. My mother was at shock for this strange behavior. When I came back I paid 20 cents for the dressing that my mom got as a taste sample. After a few moments while we were eating Tonya came back accused me of dishonesty over a sample of salad dressing which I have already paid... and asked us to leave "Her Store" or she will call the security!!! I asked for manager and she replied that she is the manager and this is "Her Store", she added that we are not allowed to come back to the store again. Tonya joined Teresa and they were mocking and laughing at us. It seemed to me they targeted us and enjoying to see us suffering. I was astonished by this unrealistic, inhuman and illogical behavior. I was frustrated and humiliated. Her aggressive behavior does not say anything about me but about herself. This is called the abusive of power and authority. Tonya has proved that she cannot handle to be a manager. Tonya has shown her incompetency to handle situations with customer’s satisfaction. Tonya has proven that she does not have the capacity of rational thinking in relation with customers. Tonya's behavior was immature and over exaggerating in dealing with unimportant matters.

Tonya caused my mom and I emotional pain and suffering. We feel that we have been harassed and humiliated by Whole food employees.

This report is my responsibility to improve Whole food customer satisfaction to avoid discrimination and harassment of customers like us. Tonya and Teresa have damage us emotionally. We have been victims of their bullying behavior.

Sincerely,

Nancy

Women's toilets are great for Peeping Toms and Janes in Orlando's Dr. Phillips

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
For two months I have waged my own war with Whole Foods located at Dr. Phillips in Orlando. Florida. I have very nicely spoken to the managers four times asking that they repair the bathroom doors to close off the huge 2 inch views that people have when one is using the toilets. There are huge gaps at the doors - their response has been to attach black plastic directly to the door that has absolutely no overlap to cover the space - WHY BOTHER. As a regular shopper I need to know that I can use the bathrooms and not have fifty million tourists and others looking directly at me with their children peeking in when I am urinating. Women have different needs from men and these small bathrooms provide peeping Toms and Janes with way too much view - especially the handicapped toilets but the regular ones are just as bad. If you can't get something this fundamental right - why should I trust you to prepare my foods?

Whole Foods Market - Return Policy Review from Discovery Bay, California

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I was given some cosmetic products as a gift & I wanted to return them (unopened) to your store. Your walnut creek store told me I needed a receipt. I went to the San Francisco store where it was purchased & was given store credit which I was greatly appreciated and is great customer service since I am a regular customer. I do not understand the difference in store policy. I would like an explanation. I believe you should inform your WC store that customer service is important & they need to comply with other store's policy. Walnut creek is not an area in which they need to have a receipt policy & I cannot understand why this is so. Please let me know as I am planning to return items to them since I will be getting gifts from your store for the holidays. So I know NOT to return them to my local store in walnut creek and have to travel out of my way to return things.

Rudeness from an employee to a customer

I shopped 2/11/15 at 3 pm at Whole Foods in Bethesda, a very popular store with, on the whole, friendly & helpful staff. All went well until I checked out and paid in cash. My change due back was six dollars and eighty-two cents. The cashier had somehow balanced all the coins on a $5 and $l bill and presented the package to me. This is not a helpful way to do things. The customer has to somehow balance all those coins on 2 pieces of paper & something always rolls off. So I asked her to please give me the coins separately. She refused , telling me to pick them up out of her hand. When I tried to tell her that was the professional way to do things, she cut me off. She should be working at the Post Office, not in a customer friendly store, so-called.

I sure hope you didn't complain to customer service, because, if you did, that near-minimum wage worker who is required to work long irregular day, night and weekend hours and attend midnight or pre-dawn employee meetings was probably fired, or at least formerly disciplined, making it easier to be fired! That's how "customer friendly" Whole Foods Market treats their cashiers, and in the most humiliating way possible, after encounters with self-centered people like you.

Guest

Hahaha. Do you think you'll ever recover from the extreme injustice of the interaction? Hopefully you're in therapy to cope with your traumatic experience.

Get a real problem.

Guest

Grow up! A lot of cashiers hand the change back in the way you say the cashier did. Maybe you should have been extremely rude and insisted that she count it out to you too.
