Whole food manager bullying a customer
Dear Supervisor Jeff, 8/5/2014
I am a regular shopper at Whole food market. For nearly all of that time, Whole food has been my favorite place to shop and eat. I have been quite satisfied with the quality and service.
Regretfully, I find it necessary to bring to your attention the deterioration of your customer service. Yesterday my mother and I were at the store to get some lunch. I paid in the cashier for salad with dressing on it and other items that we purchased for lunch. My mother has already set our table in the friendly and inviting environment of whole food. My mom got a table spoon sample of one of the salad dressing in a small container. I realized one of the baggers in the store that later I learned her name is Teresa staring at our table. While I had gone to pick up my coffee another lady by the name of Tonya aggressively came to my mother and asked if she paid for the dressing. My mother was at shock for this strange behavior. When I came back I paid 20 cents for the dressing that my mom got as a taste sample. After a few moments while we were eating Tonya came back accused me of dishonesty over a sample of salad dressing which I have already paid... and asked us to leave "Her Store" or she will call the security!!! I asked for manager and she replied that she is the manager and this is "Her Store", she added that we are not allowed to come back to the store again. Tonya joined Teresa and they were mocking and laughing at us. It seemed to me they targeted us and enjoying to see us suffering. I was astonished by this unrealistic, inhuman and illogical behavior. I was frustrated and humiliated. Her aggressive behavior does not say anything about me but about herself. This is called the abusive of power and authority. Tonya has proved that she cannot handle to be a manager. Tonya has shown her incompetency to handle situations with customer’s satisfaction. Tonya has proven that she does not have the capacity of rational thinking in relation with customers. Tonya's behavior was immature and over exaggerating in dealing with unimportant matters.
Tonya caused my mom and I emotional pain and suffering. We feel that we have been harassed and humiliated by Whole food employees.
This report is my responsibility to improve Whole food customer satisfaction to avoid discrimination and harassment of customers like us. Tonya and Teresa have damage us emotionally. We have been victims of their bullying behavior.
Sincerely,
Nancy

This page seems to have a political agenda, Although, I thing Whole Foods is a bunch of hog wash, there is a bent right spewing of emotions here. Whole Foods is overpriced, and probiotics which are refrigerated are the biggest scam as the bacteria have been pasteurized. The only way to repopulate a messed up system is making your own yogurt.
